This Sponsorship & Donation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of electronic acceptance by the Sponsor/Donor (“Sponsor”) in favor of:

Sponsor agrees to provide a financial contribution in the amount selected at checkout (“Contribution”) in support of Organization’s creative, charitable, cultural, media, event, publishing, or wellness initiatives, including but not limited to productions, live events, albums, books, digital media, community programs, and philanthropic causes.

Sponsor understands that doing so constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
If Sponsor initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:

If applicable, Organization will provide documentation regarding the tax classification of the Contribution. Sponsor understands that tax deductibility depends on Organization’s legal status and applicable law.
Organization shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from this Contribution.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Venue for any dispute shall be Los Angeles County, California.
